Dolphin Academy’s month of celebrations

Dolphin Academy Curaçao specially celebrated the month of December this year.
Doing this mostly by handing out gifts. It all started with the visit of foundation Bruder Pius, the guides, girls and their children were invited for a Dolphin Encounter. The girls and their babies fully enjoyed their special Sinterklaas present.

After this it was the turn for the kids of the local Dolfijn Fun Club. They, apart from a dolphin activity received a personal mug. For the VIP members, the kids that completed the Assistant Trainer Course, experienced a special high with the practicing of the standing rocket ride.

Musically the Dolphin Academy didn’t stay behind either with the visit of Hansen Tomas. This Dutch singer performed during the Koninkrijksconcert with his hit “What a Day”. During his stay Hanson was followed by two camera’s who filmed everything for a documentary around the release of his album “Stad & Land”.

In any case Dolphin Academy can confirm the rumor that Hanson is in love. With Dolphin Teresa that is, the two were inseparable during the Dolphin Swim.

As a flashing extra the Dolphin Academy has a very special Season’s wish this year. In a video clip that is shown on Telecuracao, YouTube and the Dolphin Academy website, the dolphins and staff sing a song wishing everybody a joyful Christmas and a Splashing 2009.
