Application procedure

The selection will take place based on the requirements for the job. If applicants don’t meet with the requirements for the job, we will strive to answer them by email within two weeks after the closing date.
If applicants do meet with the requirements for the job, they will be invited for an interview. Interesting resumes which we collect due to walk-in applicants will be kept for approximately 6 months in our portfolio. Applicants will be notified about this. This way we can keep you in our database, and if we have a job opportunity we already know who you are and what your ambitions within this company are. We will keep you in mind during our recruitment procedure. An interview will be the next step.

If you’re applying for Dolphin Trainer, we will determine after your interview which candidates we will invite for our audition days. In the end those audition days will be critical in the hiring process.

If necessary we will contact references after the approval of the applicant. For certain positions an assessment and/or psychological test can be a condition. After the selection procedure a medical test can take place. Then the contract negotiation will take place.
